As you may have noticed, Practice Cafe is a refreshingly transparent company, from our pricing to our dental marketing services. To make keeping up with your project’s status even more convenient, we’ve broken down our production process, step by step, so you always know who to contact for what you need.
When you call Practice Cafe about starting a marketing campaign for your dental practice, your first contact will most likely be with a member of our sales team. Jeff, our Marketing Director (ext. 103), and Jen, our Marketing Associate (ext. 104), will help you choose the design package and marketing plan that best fit your practice’s needs and your personal goals. During this step, Jeff and Jen will perform demographic analyses, get to know your situation and marketing goals through our practice questionnaire, and set you up for marketing success.
Once you’ve decided on the best package (or single marketing project) for you, Jeff and Jen will pass your information on to our design team. Either Angie (ext. 107) or Amanda (ext. 115) will serve as a liaison between you and our designers. They’ll guide you through your three rounds of changes, ensuring that you make the most of each round and that your custom dental marketing pieces turn out just the way you imagined. Upon your official approval, stationery printing returns to Jen, who processes orders and arranges delivery. External pieces, such as direct mailers and postcards, move on to Tara and Shana in distribution.
When you’ve officially approved a mailer, we send your piece to a commercial printing company that we trust. We print pieces using a digital method known as stochastic printing, which means your piece will have vivid, even color, the images will be crisp and detailed, and digital consistency guarantees the last piece printed will look as good as the first. Because we work with just a handful of printing companies on a regular basis, we have developed close professional relationships, effective communication patterns, and an understanding of the entire printing process. Together, we work hard to guarantee high quality products and helpful customer service, as well as the most competitive pricing that we can offer. With Shana’s help, Tara (ext. 100) takes care of both your printing and mailing list.
When you’re ready to get your direct mail campaign out there to start doing its job for you, Tara (ext. 100) targets your mailing list to your ideal demographics based on radii, zip codes, dwelling type, and income analysis, among other parameters. She, with Shana’s help, will run reports and make maps for you during this step, to help you feel informed and reassured that you’re going to reach your target market. Tara also coordinates the scheduling of each mail drop, because in dental marketing, good timing is just as important as a good piece.
If at any point during your campaign you have a question regarding pricing, financing, or the overall management of your account, Becky (ext. 114) and Brian (ext. 101) have answers. Especially if you choose to finance with our current interest-free monthly payments option, you can rest assured knowing that someone’s always ready to monitor your account and keep things on track. We want bang for your marketing buck!
Hopefully this glimpse into what goes on around Practice Cafe has helped you feel a little more familiar with our company. We’re no assembly line, but don’t let our size fool you: We’ve got the big picture in mind. We’re always looking for innovative ways to succeed as a business, to grow as individuals, and, most importantly, to better serve you.
